4 Wings is a project created by Stefano Silvestri, better known in the music scene as Phunk Investigation. He is known for the track PENELOPE, an electronic chillout icon released 25 years ago in the compilation Cafe’ Del Mar vol 5 by Jose Padilla on the Manifesto / Mercury label.
